Terms & Conditions

1. By entering into the competition, all entrants agree to be bound by the terms in conditions.
2. Entrants must be 18 years and over.  No Purchase necessary.  One entry per household.
3. If for any reason an entry is deemed by SamcoSport in its sole and absolute discretion to be invalid, incomplete or illegible that entry will be disqualified.
4. The Closing date for entries 31st October 2008.  SamcoSport does not accept responsibility for late entries.
5. Winners will be notified by email. The winners names will be posted on the SamcoSport website after the closing date.
6. Winners will be selected from the entrants at the sole discretion of SamcoSport and will be final.
7. The names of all winners may be used in publicity materials and events relating to the relevant competition and email addresses used for mailshots without prior consent.
8. SamcoSport will be entitled to terminate or modify these terms and conditions in its absolute discretion at any time.
9. Prizes are non transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
10. Employees and immediate family of SamcoSport are not eligible to enter.
11. Prize winners will be randonly selected from the eligible entries received.
12. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, returned or delayed in the post.  Proof of postage cannot be accepted as proof of entry.
13. Prize money can only be spent in the store where the SamcoSport Replacement Kit was oringinally purchased.
